House Rules

Please Read Carefully



The following is a list of San Diego's Finest Condo's House Rules. There are no exceptions to these rules.

  • NO SMOKING in the premises at all. Any evidence of smoking in the premises is an automatic forfeiture of your reservation/damage deposit.
  • If you smoke, please do so outside or on the balcony. If you use the balcony to smoke, please close the sliding door to prevent back drafts of smoke into the condo.
  • If you smoke, please do not flick your ashes over the side. These ashes land on the neighbor’s deck below, which is not very neighborly. I am fined $25.00 for littering. This fine will be passed on to you. By the way, the littering would include any type of refuse. Anything dropped over the side of the balconies lands in the neighbor’s balcony).
  • Please do not litter in and/or around the premises. I am fined $25.00 for littering. This fine will be passed on to you.
  • We want you to have a good time, but there cannot be excessive noise from stereos, TV, parties. If a neighbor complaint is made, I am fined $50.00 per occurrence. This fine will be passed on to you.
  • Excessive noise and/or a police visit will result in a fine of $100.00. This fine will be passed on to you.
  • Please use the front stair well to and from the condo after 10:00 p.m. The bedrooms are in the back and use of the back stair way is disturbing.
  • Please do not put anything except toilet tissue into the toilets.
  • Please empty all the trash on your check out day.
  • Please take care on items put in the garbage disposal. Avoid corn husks, celery, potato or carrot peels, etc.
  • Please note every guest is responsible for each other’s actions. The person present during check in must be the responsible party. You may not exceed 8 guests.
  • Check out time is 10 AM. If the owner or her representative is not present at your departure, please leave all keys and garage door openers on the dining room table and exit through the back door.
  • NO Pets of any sort are allowed at anytime.
  • NO Damage of any sort (obviously, not counting normal wear & tear). Any damages incurred as a result of the renter will be deducted from the security deposit accordingly.
  • It would be nice if...the condominium was not left filty by the renter.
  • AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE A GREAT TIME! AND, VISIT AGAIN!
