These prices begin to decrease as the rental period increases. In other words, this condominium can be rented for one month, two months, three months...sometimes up to 9 months between September and May.
Rates are set and confirmed when the applicant receives a verbal or other confirmation (such as e-mail) from the owner or management representing the owner. Rentor will deliver such confirmation after receipt and approval of executed rental agreement from applicant.
